Shipping & Delivery

Does Sense offer free shipping?

Free ground shipping is available for all orders of $40.00 or more for Continental US only.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm PST ship within 36 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

How long does shipping take?

Please be aware that while we ship orders as quickly as we receive the. Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local carrier or custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. Standard Shipping estimates are between 3-7 business days, and Expedited shipping estimated are between 2-5 business days, within the continental US.

Does Sense offer international shipping?

We use international carriers on a case-by-case basis, depending on your location international shipping may not be available, please contact hello@sensecondoms.com to understand if we do.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

How do I track my order?

To lookup the status of your order, log into your account or click through the tracking link enclosed in the order conformation email.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your Returns & Refund Policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days for products that have not been yet opened. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, or you have opened any of your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This follows FDA regulations on all of our products due to hygiene and health protocols. Please visit and Shipping & Returns page on the footer of the website to learn more.

Can I return opened products?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How long will a refund take to process?

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued. We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable discounts, shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Does Sense offer exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The products must be unopened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sensecondoms.com

How do subscriptions work?

Products are automatically delivered on your schedule. No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription anytime.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

We will send a confirmation email before each monthly shipment. Once confirmed, or order not canceled or modified, we will charge your preferred payment method on your profile before shipping.
