Shipping Policy

Free ground shipping on all orders of $40.00 or more for Continental US only.

Please be aware that while we ship orders as quickly as we receive them, due to reasons that may be outside of our reach, all carrier’s delivery delays may be possible. Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

When will my order ship?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm PST ship within 36 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

How does international shipping work?
We use international carriers on a case-by-case basis, depending on your location international shipping may not be available, please contact hello@sensecondoms.com to understand if we do. Average total transit time is 7-14 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. Taxes, duties and international processing will be assessed and collected at checkout.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that our carriers are capable of delivering to. We are not liable if carrier is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided

Why am I being charged additional taxes or fees at checkout?
Our prices do not include taxes and duties. VAT or other applicable taxes based on the country you are shopping from/shipping to are added once you enter your address at checkout.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

How do I track my order?
To lookup the status of your order, log into your account or click through the tracking link enclosed in the order conformation email.

Returns & Shipping Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days for products that have not been yet opened. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, or you have opened any of your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This follows FDA regulations on all of our products due to hygiene and health protocols.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it unopened and unused for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Returns with proof of purchase including a receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails, etc. will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If the product has been opened and came originally damaged, we'll let you exchange or give you store credit for the current price excluding all applicable discounts, shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

Processing & Refunds

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.

We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable discounts, shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@sensecondoms.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
